Man quizzed over 'road rage' death

A 42-year-old man is being questioned by detectives in connection with the murder of a man who was stabbed to death in a suspected road rage incident.
Officers were called to Teehey Lane in Bebington, Wirral, just after 3pm on Friday where they found a man suffering from injuries. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Two vehicles had been involved in a collision shortly before an altercation took place, according to local reports.
The incident took place in a built-up area and police believe several witnesses may have captured the circumstances on their mobile phones.
A 42-year-old man was later held on suspicion of murder. The victim is believed to have been from the local area.
A Merseyside Police spokeswoman said: "The investigation is at a very early stage and parts of Teehey Lane have been closed for further examination.
"A 42-year-old man from the Birkenhead area has been arrested on suspicion of murder. He has been taken into police custody where he will be questioned.
"Officers are working to establish his (the victim's) identity and a Home Office post mortem will take place to establish the cause of death.
"Officers are aware that there were a large number of people in the area at the time, some of whom will have witnessed this incident and even taken photographs or footage on their mobile phone.
