Quins' Dickson replaces brother in England squad

Quins scrum-half Karl Dickson has been called up to the senior England squad as a replacement for brother Lee.
Dickson junior broke a bone in his hand in Saturday's opening Six Nations triumph over Scotland, which saw Harlequins captain Chris Robshaw lift the Calcutta Cup at Murrayfield following the 13-6 win.
The Quins number nine has started only five games for his club this season and made only one appearance since the middle of November.
