Dons into last four of London Senior Cup
1:08pm Friday 12th March 2010
A youthful AFC Wimbledon line-up have secured a place in the semi-finals of the London Senior Cup with a 3-2 win at Harrow Borough on Thursday night.
Matt Harmsworth have the visitors a 22nd-minute lead, only for Andrew Harewood to level within a minute.
Harmsworth was on target again to restore the Dons' lead before half-time but, when Harewood also got his second after 82 minutes, it appeared the tie was headed for extra-time.
That was until Charlie Clark-Gleave found the net two minutes later and, this time, there was no way back for Harrow.
Dons: Brown, Jackson (Aksoy 83), Stenning, Adjei, Clark-Gleave, Snelling, Wellard (Gjoni 63), Godfrey (Stafford 46), Harmsworth, Hennessy, Rose
